I am thrilled with my floors from Ridgefield Flooring! They look amazing! The whole experience was great – from having my home measured, to looking at the samples and making my choice (with knowledgeable assistance), to meeting the scheduled dates exactly, to checking with me during the installation to make sure things were going well, to the calls after the job was completed to make sure I was happy. The installer did an excellent job – really knew his craft. Everyone I came in contact with in the office were professional, helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this family owned company! Their product, people, and service are all exceptional.
Cleaned & Polished floor of our “new” home (purchase from a seller) shortly after our purchase. Quick response to inquiry, on site estimate and within couple business days completed exceeding our expectations of what could be done to a worn oak floor. As an add-on “re-fleshed” a bunch of oak wood window sills that had some minor damage from moisture – they look like new – “vintage tools & technique” were used to really enhance what was a concern. Have already referred several times & they just completed everything yesterday.
